Article 71 — Establishment and Structure of the EU Database

1. The Commission shall develop and maintain the EU database referred to in Article 68. The EU database shall be publicly accessible.

2. The EU database shall contain the information listed in Annex VIII for high-risk AI systems referred to in Article 6(2) and the information listed in Annex IX for high-risk AI systems referred to in Article 6(1).
